Key Storage

Key Storage is your personal inventory management system within PremiumCDKeys. Store, organize, and automatically fulfill orders from your own key stock.

Overview

Why Use Key Storage?

Key Storage is ideal when you:

• Buy keys in bulk from various sources
• Have existing inventory to sell
• Want full control over your supply
• Get better wholesale deals than APIs offer
• Need backup stock for popular items

Accessing Key Storage

1. Go to Key Storage in the main navigation
2. Or navigate to /key-storage

Adding Keys

Manual Entry

1. Click Add Keys
2. Select or create a product
3. Enter keys (one per line):

XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
YYYYY-YYYYY-YYYYY-YYYYY
ZZZZZ-ZZZZZ-ZZZZZ-ZZZZZ

4. Click Save

Bulk Import

For large quantities:

1. Click Import Keys
2. Upload a text file (.txt) with one key per line
3. Select the product
4. Confirm import

CSV Import

Import with additional metadata:

product_id,key,notes
123,XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX,Purchased 2024-01
123,YYYYY-YYYYY-YYYYY,Purchased 2024-01

Organizing Keys

Products

Organize keys by product:

• Create product entries matching your store
• Link to supplier products for hybrid fulfillment
• Track stock per product

Status

Keys have statuses:

Product Mapping

Map to Store Products

1. Go to your application → Product Import
2. Select a store product
3. Choose Key Storage as supplier
4. Select the Key Storage product
5. Save mapping

Priority Settings

Configure Key Storage as:

• Primary: Use Key Storage first, fallback to API suppliers
• Fallback: Use API suppliers first, fallback to Key Storage
• Exclusive: Only use Key Storage (no API fallback)

Order Fulfillment

Automatic Process

Order Received → Check Key Storage → Reserve Key → Deliver → Mark Sold

Manual Override

For any order, you can manually:

1. Select a specific key to deliver
2. Skip Key Storage and use API
3. Mark order for manual handling

Stock Management

Low Stock Alerts

Set up notifications:

1. Go to Key Storage settings
2. Enable Low Stock Alerts
3. Set threshold (e.g., 10 keys)
4. Choose notification method (email, dashboard)

Inventory Reports

View reports showing:

• Current stock levels
• Sales velocity
• Reorder suggestions
• Revenue per product

Best Practices

Key Security

1. Never share keys publicly in screenshots or logs
2. Use secure import methods for bulk additions
3. Monitor for duplicates when importing
4. Backup your inventory regularly

Inventory Management

1. Set reorder points based on sales velocity
2. Track expiration dates for time-limited keys
3. Audit regularly to catch issues early
4. Organize by platform/region for clarity

Quality Control

1. Test sample keys from new sources
2. Mark invalid keys immediately when reported
3. Track key sources for quality patterns
4. Document supplier reliability

Hybrid Fulfillment

Combine Key Storage with API suppliers:

Example Setup

Priority 1: Key Storage (your bulk purchase)
Priority 2: CodesWholesale (API backup)
Priority 3: G2A (marketplace backup)

This ensures:

• Better margins from your stock
• Never out of stock (API fallback)
• Automatic failover

Troubleshooting

Key Not Delivering

• Check key is marked "Available"
• Verify product mapping is correct
• Check no reservation conflicts

Duplicate Keys

1. System warns on import
2. Review duplicates before confirming
3. Check source data for errors

Stock Mismatch

• Run inventory audit
• Check for stuck "Reserved" status
• Review failed order logs

Export Options

Export your inventory:

• CSV: Full data export
• TXT: Keys only (for backup)
• Report: Sales and stock analysis
